Now, you can set your weekly workout targets to stay super motivated to move.
Under Progress, select the number of workouts you’d like to do each week. Here, you can also track your completed workouts, how many remain & your current streak.
Not sure what a streak is? Streaks indicate how many weeks in a row you’ve hit your workout target. Talk about motivation!
